Chris Smith, a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, has been deeply rooted in the real estate industry since 2016. Having worked with both national brokerages and independents, Chris's journey in real estate has been multifaceted. For five years, he served as a partner and owner of an independent brokerage before venturing into the innovative realm of 1 Percent Lists.
In addition to his role as a licensed realtor, Chris is a fervent investor in real estate, specializing in property flips. His entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond the realm of real estate, as he actively pursues diverse business ventures. Despite his busy schedule, Chris remains committed to giving back to his community, serving as a staunch supporter of local initiatives and causes. Hunter Timms, a proud native of Bossier City, Louisiana, has been a licensed realtor since 2018, immersing himself in the dynamic world of real estate. With experience garnered from national brokerages and independent firms, Hunter's expertise spans diverse avenues within the industry.

Meet RJ Umphenour, one of the newest members of our team at 1 Percent Lists NWLA! Originally from Tennessee, RJ now proudly calls South Bossier, Louisiana, his home. He is married to his wonderful wife, Lauren, and together they are the proud parents of three amazing children. With an extensive background in commercial lending and real estate investing, RJ brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the real estate sales side of the business. His deep understanding of market trends, financing strategies, and investment opportunities allows him to provide exceptional guidance to his clients. RJ is passionate about helping families and investors navigate the real estate process with confidence, and his dedication to delivering results makes him a valuable asset to our team.

Hello! I’m Kristen Marbut, a dedicated registered nurse and real estate agent from South Bossier. My journey has always been fueled by my passion for helping others, whether it’s in the healthcare field or guiding clients in finding their dream homes. Keli Chreene is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, sales, and community engagement. A proud resident of Haughton, Louisiana, Keli spent over 15 years in corporate and field sales for the oil and gas industry, excelling in roles that included managing operations for a Fortune 1000 company. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to become the CEO of JKC Construction, where she continues to demonstrate her expertise in business development and project management.
Keli is also deeply invested in her community. She is an active member of Haughton First Baptist Church and a passionate community activist, striving to make a positive impact in the lives of those around her. At home, Keli is supported by her loving husband, Jordan Chreene, and together they are raising two children.
Her diverse background and unwavering dedication make her an exceptional leader both professionally and personally.

Stacey Timms earned her REALTOR® license in January 2014. Since delving into the real estate arena over a decade ago, Stacey has gained vast experience from working with national brokerages and independent firms as an individual REALTOR® as well as on successful real estate teams.
She feels that real estate is not just a job, but it is a true calling and passion. It is an honor and a privilege to assist clients step-by-step through the entire buying or selling process. It is never about a one-time deal for her, it is about providing the best possible customer service to her clients. Her goal is to always make a client feel that they are her #1 priority. The client’s dreams and goals become hers.
Prior to accepting the call to serve at 1% Lists, Stacey has 30 plus years of experience in accounting, consulting and customer service that allow her to better serve her clients in all aspects of the home buying process.

A NEW WAY
OF SELLING HOMES
Right around this time Amazon, Netflix, and other huge companies were acting as a hugely disruptive force in the areas of retail and entertainment. Their business models are extremely similar despite filling different needs. They seek to be very low cost, very low operative expenses, and high customer satisfaction.
Other companies followed suit throughout all forms of commerce and entertainment. It didn’t matter what service you needed or what product you wanted to purchase people were fighting to sell it to you faster, cheaper, and with a higher level of customer satisfaction. That is unless you needed real estate services.
Realizing this the decision was made in late 2015 to offer a low-cost solution to the general public and not make commission savings exclusive to only local builders. After countless hours spent examining real estate brokerage models, marketing and other costs, the idea was formed to list homes for only 1%.
Although there is no "set percentage", 1% is about 1/3rd of the traditional listing fee. We knew we could offer a high level of customer service and marketing for about 1/3rd of the typical Realtor listing fees as long as we focused on those same principles as the other successful companies mentioned earlier, but this time a disruptive change in real estate. We had to increase our sales volume, but more importantly, we had to retain a high level of customer satisfaction.
With those goals in mind, 1 Percent Lists was formed.
